Urban Grain is a bustling bespoke furniture design and production workshop in the heart of Manchester's industrial sector... Urban Grain employ honours graduates of 3d product and interior design, aswell as time served joiners... the made to measure, uniquely designed and crafted furniture and fittings are all lovingly created in the workshop from authentic reclaimed industrial materials - scaffolding boards, steel pipe, sheet steel, glass... and whatever else the clients might require ! Every commission is relished and embraced with enthusiasm and passion... the collective love their work, they live, eat and breathe furniture design... they are an honest and open design collective driven by the satisfaction of solving interior connundrums and creating the most beautiful, elegant pieces of furniture from some of the most ugly and distressed off-casts of industry and engineering... it's a cliche, but no job is too big or too small !
