This beautiful unique blue and cream hand tufted cushion features abstract botanical shapes inspired by Ben's Mum's sketchbooks from the 1990s.
We took some of the shapes and forms used in her work, and drew and collaged before further abstracting them through stitch when creating the textile art piece.
This one of a kind art piece is sure to be the focal point of any room it is placed in.
Handmade from start to finish in Brighton by textile artists Ben & Andy. Tufted using dead-stock wool yarn from a local mill, this cushion has a firm feel. The cushion back is made using dead-stock Irish linen from a vintage market behind the twofolde studio. Comes with organic cotton inner cushion.
