WHAT'S THIS ALL ABOUT?
If you thought pasta-making was all about a metal machine with a roller, then think again. When you can buy a packet of spaghetti from the supermarket, why would you want to make your own? Because you can of course. It’s like any fresh food, it tastes miles better when you’ve made it yourself. Maybe not every week, but once you’ve learnt the knack, knocking up a plate of ravioli, is quite a thrill. Learn the basics so you can make silky pillows and heaps of pasta that would make an Italian mama very happy… finish with a drizzle of warm sage butter, a dusting of parmesan, and just a sprinkling of lemon zest….
The ingredients are minimal - basically, it’s eggs and flour - but the results are satisfyingly delicious. There is an added advantage to DIY as you can use the flour of your choice (organic, gluten free), this is pasta made personal.
In this class you will learn to make pasta like a pro. Ravioli and Tagliatelle, and two classic sauces to enjoy alongside. This is authentic Italian cooking and at the end of the session, grab a fork and start enjoying your just rolled pasta deliciousness while raising a glass to Italian cooking, which is why Italians are such enchanting people. What could be nicer than twirling, tasting and celebrating with friends.

- The regular pasta class is 2 hours and takes place weekly on Saturday and Sunday morning
