The Anxiety Journal is designed to make anxiety and stress more manageable and logical. Split into a bullet format, the journal encourages and prompts you to acknowledge your feelings throughout the day and apply them to specific situations, places and people you have encountered.
A no stress journal. You will receive 30 entries, with each entry divided into 4. You don't have to write everyday. You fit the journal around you and your lifestyle. You'll also receive some handy instructions just until you get the hang of it!

We offer a choice of Adult or Teen (13-19) versions of our Anxiety journal which cater to different stages of life and specific areas of focus.
Our Adult version focus' on a more intricate development of emotion and interaction as well as looking into the art of prioritising and analysis.
Our Teen version journal looks closer that peer interaction, social developement and social media/ screen time useage.
