Stripe & Shine was founded in 2017 and is run by Mum of two boys, Kate McDowell, from the Isle of Man. Kate's background is in PR & Marketing and, having worked closely with an in-house design studio, she knew that she wanted to follow a creative path of self-employment, with the need to be able to work flexible hours around her young family.

All Stripe & Shine designs are original and individually adjusted based on the size of the wearer. They are printed in your choice of gold, silver or bronze on beautifully soft, raglan style sweatshirts. Each item is hand-pressed and comes wrapped as standard, meaning the luxurious, shiny packages will arrive with you ready or give (or receive).

There's a print style to suit every character; from stars to lightning bolts, unicorns to dinosaurs and butterflies to planes. The range covers ages 6 months to 10 years and women can also choose from any of the print styles!

As a Mum it's important to Kate that Stripe & Shine clothing is machine washable (30 degree delicates cycle is recommended!), that it's warm (!) and that it lights up any wardrobe.
