Your pet portrait mug is drawn by my on my iPad Pro (on Procreate!) once your pet's cute face has been illustrated I will send over your portrait to confirm you are happy with it before printing. At this stage you can make any changes to the drawn portrait of your pet, sometimes it's difficult to capture the smallest details that make your pet so unique in photos that I use as a reference!
The mug your pet portrait will be printed on is a ceramic mug that is a durable, heat-resistant material. Your pet’s portrait is printed with ink dye on paper then transferred directly onto your mug using heat.
Your mug is also microwave and dishwasher safe.
This item is designed by Skittlesketch but printed by a third company as we do not have the resources to print it ourselves. The printing facility is in the UK but if the item is out of stock or will take longer getting to you by printing in the UK it will be passed to one of our European printing companies, that will get it to you on time.
Your order may be used on our social media platform as a video process on how it is made, or pictures of the finished product. Any pictures/videos of your order will be posted serveral weeks after it has been delievered, just incase it is a gift. If you would prefer your order isn’t posted on social media please let me know.
