Framed Vintage Style Ceramic Spoons

These handcrafted ceramic spoons are a modern take on the Welsh lovespoon. Normally hand carved from wood, these are traditionally given as tokens of love and affection.

These beautiful ceramic spoons would make a perfect decorative addition for the home, for yourself or as a gift for family and friends. A unique and unusual gift for a couple on their wedding day or anniversary, or even as a gift for a new home.

Each spoon is individually handcrafted from porcelain clay and decorated with birds, hearts and foliage. They are then fired before being glazed with an oxide wash to pick out the detail in the patterning, hearts are finished with a red underglaze and the spoons are fired again.

The finished spoons are presented in a box frame with a collaged background.
