DIRECT DISPATCH:
All Ruma items are dispatched from our own warehouse in West Yorkshire using one of our partner couriers. Most items will be delivered between 7.30am and 6.00pm (Monday to Friday) although some couriers may be slightly earlier or later. You will be notified via email and/or SMS when your item(s) has left our warehouse so you are able to track your order.
Please note that the above timescales are our best estimate and that we aim to beat them in most cases. However, in busy periods, the above times may be slightly extended.
B STAR:
Our Trusted 2 Man delivery partner B Star VIP will be used for our Large or Heavy items. Delivery of our larger items can take 7 – 10 working days.
Once your order is received by B Star they will contact you via SMS to let you know when they would like to deliver your order. They will provide a date, a 3-hour delivery slot and a Tracking Link. If the proposed delivery slot is suitable please reply YES to the SMS text you received. If the proposed delivery slot is not suitable please reply NO and B Star will add you to the list for the next time they are in your area. You will then receive another SMS with a new delivery window in due course.

We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but if you are not, you can return any item , provided the product(s) is returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
You have 28 days to notify the Seller if you want to return or exchange the item and another 14 days to send them back. The return period will expire 28 days from the day on which you receive the goods you have ordered.
