Coloma Garcia is a family firm who make turron using traditional methods and equipment. Turron blando is a soft turron made with marcona almonds, lemon and honey, egg white and sugar.
Turron is traditional in Spain at Christmas time but is delicious to eat all year round.
Try with a mid-morning coffee or as a sweet accompaniment to a post dinner digestive/coffee!
