All the printing and personalisation is done by us in our own home studio.
We do not use a third party or outsource this. We print it all ourselves with our top of the range, professional specialized printer.
We can amend most of the printed designs you see in our shop, if the listing isn't *quite* what you would like. If you would like something else, please feel free to drop us a message to see if there is something we can make especially for you.
However, for the purposes of this listing, the item is the item pictured with only the name changed/personalisation options listed available. Please do not place an order for something else entirely without contacting us first to check we are able to do it. There are some things we just cannot do. We cannot, for example, engrave emojis as these are subject to copyright legislation and we can only use fonts that we hold the commercial license to use. **we are largely unable to take on custom work during the busiest periods of the year - October - December - depending on the size of the project. If it is something relatively straightforward, like a change of font or slightly different wording/adaptation of one of our existing designs, this may be possible. More time-consuming work - such as a re design of imagery/layout etc is not usually possible during the run up to Christmas
