For best results keep your personalistion short and sweet. If you crop the images to landscape beofre sending over the iamges then this will ensure a quick dispatch. If the images are not cropped to the right shape then a proof will be sent and will require a response from yourself. We cannot be held responsible fro any delays due to waiting for a proof confirmation.

HOW TO SEND YOUR PHOTO:
• Please send your photo after placing your order
• Login to your account and go to ‘My Orders’
• Click ‘Contact the Seller’
• Click ‘Choose Files’ at the bottom of the page and select your image - Please ensure you type something in the text box.
• Click ‘Submit’ - You will need to send each image SEPERATELY, it will only send one image at a time.
Please ensure images are orignal's, preferably without filters or added borders as this will make images poor quality. We will always contact you if your images do not work or are of poor quality, please ensure you keep an eye on your emails as we will not send your order until you reply if we contact you about any issues with your photos. We cannot be held responsible for delayed delivery due to no response.
If you would like a proof please request one when you send over the images only. If you request it after this we cannot guarantee a proof due to our quick turn around time.
