Delivery

This item is sent using Royal Mail's service. Royal Mail aim to deliver items by the estimated delivery date but this is not a guaranteed service so delivery dates/times are only an estimate.

Wedding Stationery Cancellations

Your order can be cancelled at anytime, however depending on how much work has been done to your order the amount refunded will not be 100% unless no work has been done. If the first draft of the proof has been done, the refund will be 75% of the original total amount. If the order has been proofed and printed, the refund will be 50%. If the order has been proofed, printed and made (but not shipped), the amount refunded will be 25% of the original total.
