Padauk gives off a rich red hue while the vibrant purple heart looks as though it could have been painted on, both are set in-between the prized Canadian maple and chocolate brown walnut.
Use this at the table as a feature to serve cheeses or bread or even your famous muffins! The board is protected with a quality food safe oil which also brings the colours and the grain out. As with any tree, these boards are unique so visual look may differ slightly.
Cleaning & protecting. Never put in the dishwasher or immerse in water. Clean with warm water and washing-up liquid. Wipe it down with a dry cloth immediately and leave to air dry before storing. To protect and restore, just give a light sand with fine sandpaper and wipe on food safe mineral oil.
