Spice Level: Our mixes include a balanced amount of chilli powder for flavour. The included sachet lets you adjust the heat to your preference, with instructions provided on the recipe card.

- White Basmati Rice, Chickpea Flour, Coriander Seeds, Salt (Pure Anglesey Sea Salt), Garlic Powder, Ginger, Turmeric, Cumin Seeds, Chili Powder, Anise Seeds, Black Pepper, Fenugreek Seeds, Cinnamon, Cloves, Cardamom, Mace, Nutmeg, Bay Leaf.

Chilli powder has already been added to the spice mixes to a regular spice level (the way we enjoy it, using spice to create flavour).
There is a small organic chilli sachet in the box so that you can increase the spice level to your taste (if you wish). The instructions on the recipe card will explain when to add your desired amount.
If you don’t wish to add extra chilli powder, please keep the small sachet for personal use.
