If you are reading this, we have the item in stock and do all personalisation in house. So, order before 2pm and we will normally dispatch the same business day (Mon-Fri), order after 2pm and we will dispatch the next working day. Apart from heavier items we ship via Royal Mail, using either tracked 24 or tracked 48, these services have proved to be very reliable.
