This delicate yet boozy cocktail hits all the right notes and is perfectly balanced.
Lychee liqueur is mixed with English vodka and a delicious dry vermouth made from Chardonnay grapes, chamomile, and verbena.
Shhh guess what? We've tried to reduce the sugar content in this lychee martini by not using any lychee syrup! It still has sugar, but is a lot less than your average lychee martini....and we think it's damn tastier too!
To serve:
Shake for 10 seconds with ice.
Serve in a coupe or small wine glass.
