Naturally, (pun intended) we have included a couple of our favourite naturally fermented (aka 'Natural') wines. The wild yeasts that have created these tipples lend some big flavours. One is an 'Orange' style whereby prolonged exposure to the skins of white grapes enhances pigment, and the other is a 'Pet Nat' - a sparkling style fermented in the bottle, alive with yeast sediment!
Alongside this, we have included some locally-made ferments; a delicious Kombucha, tangy Sauerkraut OR spicy Kimchi (your choice!), and a rich Miso.
