Our Oyster Mushroom Seasonings are a savoury powder blend created by us, and can be used in stocks, sauces or even sprinkled on cheese-on-toast!A perfectly balanced savoury seasoning powder made using up to 75% powdered oyster mushrooms from our farm, salt, pepper, herbs and a little chilli (not hot).
The 'Herby' does not contain any onion or garlic. They're incredibly versatile - you can use them as a sauce base, a sauce thickener, a stock powder, risotto booster, or even sprinkled atop salads or cheese on toast! The applications are limitless. Choose between 'Garlic' or 'Herby', or try both!

GARLIC: oyster mushroom powder (68.80%), dill (10.00%), celery salt (6.00%), organic black pepper (6.00%), onion powder (3.60%), garlic powder (3.60%), chilli flakes (2.00%)
