HOW IT WORKS
1) Include your personalised wording into your order.
2) Up to 3 days after placing your order, you will be emailed a PDF of the copy text to be included in your cards for you to approve. Final amendments can be made at this point.
3) Up to 1 week later, you be sent one fully finished card for you to approve.
4) Once approved, your remaining order will be dispatched between 2 to 6 weeks depending on the number of invitations required.
5) If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your sample card, your order will be refunded, minus the cost of the sample.

Returns
You have 28 days, from receipt of cancellable goods, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: goods that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements, perishable products and personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken are non-refundable, unless faulty.
