We have medium if our 11yo joins us and hot if it's just the grown ups. We usually have chicken but have also had it with beef, pork, lamb and venison. All were delicious.   • "Better than a take away & very tasty I find takeaways disappointing but do not always have time to make everything from scratch, so this is a perfect base for a delicious home made curry. It’s tasty and quick. I cooked up some chicken thighs and added half the jar of KaNo curry base, then mixed in chick peas and some coconut milk. Then served with rice and hand made naan. I love it so much I’ve brought 3 more jars and some Bombay mix."
