Inamo Soho is hosting this exclusive Sushi and Sake masterclass for two in association with Akashi-Tai, the premium sake producer.
Learn from experts about the history of sushi & sake and about the cultures in which they are enjoyed around the world. You will both make three pieces of nigiri as well as your very own maki rolls, and will be taught more about the complex sake making process.
Throughout the sushi making, guests will enjoy tasting 4 sakes from the high-quality Akashi-Tai range including a premium sake, a hot sake, a sweet plum sake, and a fizzy premium sake!
