How is it made:
The leaf to make the brooch is hand picked, then checked for imperfections, as only perfect leaves can be used to make our jewellery.
The leaf is then hand painted with a cooper solution, dried then placed in an electrolytic solution which has microscopic particles of 24k gold ( nickel free).
When this contact is made the particles of gold build up to preserve the most delicate intricate details of the leaf.
The final step is to paint the delicate leaf with the different colour finishes.
Once polished and cleaned the shiny new coating shows and magnifies the delicate minute details of the leaf.

Please note that contact with household chemicals, chlorinated water, or any beauty lotions and sprays may cause corrosion and accelerate tarnishing.
So it’s a good idea to remove any jewellery when doing household chores and getting ready.

As each brooch is made from a natural leaf, you'll appreciate that sizes can vary, but as a general guide, they are between approximately 1.5" - 2".
