Our Story

We believe, natural materials brings natural beauty.

Our name DOLEN is from Mongolian, which means “Warm”. As the Sun gives energy to every creature on the earth, the family and friends support us to overcome every challenge in our life. We want to remind people that we are surrounded by all these warm and strong powers and that these are most priceless treasure.

Personally, the name DOLEN is memory of my grandmother, a Mongolian lady. She could sing many beautiful Mongolian songs, she taught me how to feed little lamb, and she showed me how to turn wool into felt etc. She never attended any school education, but she taught me to be a kind and confident women. The time with my grandmother is the warmest memory in my life, which encourages me to be the person who I am. I wish people could also find the most DOLEN part in their life.

From Erdos to the World

Inspired by Mongolian traditions, nature, and the beauty of cashmere.

I’m the founder of DOLEN, born and raised in Erdos, Inner Mongolia—a place where traditions are celebrated through song and dance, and life is deeply intertwined with nature. My childhood was a blend of city life and grassland adventures, learning to milk lambs, ride horses, and care for livestock during school holidays. These experiences taught me the beauty of living in harmony with nature.

My connection to cashmere began with my father, who worked in the industry for decades. As a child, I loved visiting the factories with him, watching raw cashmere transform into fine yarns and products. These moments inspired my passion for craftsmanship and quality.

Later, I pursued a degree in supply chain management at the University of Warwick, equipping me with the skills to bring the finest cashmere to the world. With DOLEN, I aim to share not only premium cashmere products but also the spirit of Mongolian culture—a way of life that cherishes balance, gratitude, and connection with nature.
