- On receiving your order, I will email and request the photo you'd like to use.
- A digital proof will be emailed to you via your 'order enquiry' within 24-48 hrs of accepting the order (excluding weekends).
- On receipt of your digital proof, please fully review and check your designs. Once your designs have been personalised and sent to print, no further changes can be made.
- Please ensure your order includes all the spares/keepsakes you may need as there is a minimum reprint order of 20 for all orders.
