Delivery & Returns

Delivery info

Your selected item of furniture will be delivered via a 3rd party pallet delivery company. Each item is delivered fully assembled, wrapped on a pallet. Each vehicle carries all of the necessary handling equipment to allow them to deliver to most locations.

Delivery will be made during normal working hours Monday to Friday and a Dibor representative will contact you via an order enquiry on your Notonthehighstreet Account to arrange a mutually convenient delivery date. A morning or afternoon delivery can be requested.

Delivery will be made using a one man or two man team. The driver will relocate the pallet/s safely from the delivery van however for health and safety reasons the driver will not place the goods inside your property. Please do ensure that suitable arrangements are made for the furniture to be relocated safely and the pallet disposed of.

Please make every effort to be at the delivery address on the agreed date as you will be liable for a redelivery charge for every visit they have to make to the property. If you organise a date and find that you will be unable to keep to it please contact us at least 24 hours in advance and we will be happy to organise an alternative date at no extra cost to yourself.

If you decide upon delivery that the product is not suitable and decide to return it, a collection charge per item will apply. This return must be notified to our office within 7 days of receipt via an order enquiry through your Notonthehighstreet Account and we will organise for the furniture to be collected in its original packaging.

Upon delivery, it is your responsibility to check the furniture for any damage or faults and notify us within 7 days of receiving the order should there be any problems. We then ask that photographs of the damage or fault to be posted to the address as stated on the invoice or emailed via an order enquiry on your Nototnrhehighstreet Account. We will then contact you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. I must stress the importance of fully checking your delivery and reporting any problems as soon as possible.

Returns

You have 28 days, from receipt of cancellable goods, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: goods that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements, perishable products and personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken are non-refundable, unless faulty.
