By taking advantage of this '£5 off £35 or more’ promotion (the “Promotion”) you agree to comply with

these Terms and Conditions.

The Promotion is only valid on orders made on Not on the High Street’s website from 7:00am GMT on

July 19, 2024 until 11:59pm GMT on July 29, 2024. The Promotion will not apply to checkouts

commenced after the Promotion has ended, even if that checkout includes items that were placed in

the basket during the Promotion.

In order to qualify for the Promotion and for the discount to apply:

(i) the total value of the items in your basket at checkout to be purchased by you online via Not on the

High Street’s website (www.notonthehighstreet.com) during the Promotion in a single transaction

must be £35 or more excluding any delivery charges payable for the items; and (ii) the promotional

code SAVE5 must be entered on the www.notonthehighstreet.com payment page at checkout during

the Promotion or Not on the High Street’s app payment page at checkout during the Promotion;

A £5 discount will apply to the full value of the items that you purchase in a single transaction. The

discount will not apply to any delivery charges payable for the items.

The Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other promotional code

in the same transaction, or for the purchase of gift vouchers. The promotional code cannot be used on

the individual websites of any of our partner sellers at Not On The High Street.

Any refund you may be entitled to receive will not include the redemption value of the promotional

code. You will receive no more than the amount you paid towards the final basket price.

Not On The High Street reserves the right to cancel, change or extend the Promotion at any time. This

Promotion and your order remain subject to our standard Customer Terms and Conditions, and our

standard Returns and Refunds available to view via www.notonthehighstreet.com/about/shopper-

terms. Any personal data and other information provided by you is processed by us in accordance

with our Privacy Policy available at www.notonthehighstreet.com/about/privacy. By providing any such

personal data or other information you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

This Promotion cannot be exchanged for cash. The Promoter reserves the right at any time to cancel,

modify or supersede the Promotion (including without limitation the discount) without prior notice, due

to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. This Promotion and these Terms and Conditions are

subject to the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute arising from, or related to, these Terms

and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
