Our hot water bottles are manufactured to British Standard BS1970:2012.

This product is recommended to be replaced every 2 years. Keep out of reach of children - this is not a toy and should only be used under adult supervision.
Do not use boiling water—fill only up to two-thirds full to prevent leaks and reduce the risk of burns.
Never sit or lie directly on a hot water bottle to avoid injury or damage.
Always ensure it is placed on a flat surface.
When not in use, drain completely, remove the stopper, and store in a cool, dry, dark place.
Prevent exposure to sunlight, hot surfaces, oil, or grease.
Do not place anything on top of the bottle during storage.
