Delivery & Returns

Delivery info

This item is made to order and can take up to six weeks to be made and delivered.

This is a very large item which will be delivered by courier and needs to be signed for on delivery. For your convenience you may want to leave instructions of a trusted neighbour who will sign for the item for you if you have to go out. And we strongly recommend that you get this item delivered direct to it's final destination. The larger canvas is HUGE and will not fit into anything smaller than a medium sized van!

We use national courier firm UK Mail to deliver our canvases on a next day service. We will be able to advise a day of delivery but not a time slot so it may be necessary to wait in for your delivery. If you are out when they call and they leave a card to rearrange delivery, please call them promptly or your canvas might be returned to us. If that happens, we will happily arrange redelivery, but will have to pass on those charges. We send our canvases in sturdy shipping crates which we will need back and normally book a courier to collect the empty box for the day after your canvas is delivered. Please bear this in mind when deciding what day to have your canvas delivered.

Returns

You have 28 days, from receipt of cancellable goods, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: goods that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements, perishable products and personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken are non-refundable, unless faulty.
