Best Years specialise in knitted and crochet toys from around the world, partnering with fair trade cooperatives to offer their toys in the UK

Everyone likes to know where their toys come from and who has made them which is where Best Years comes in.

Liz and I met when we worked together sourcing products for high street retailers and set up Best Years in an attempt to combine an interesting job with the demands of family life.

We are passionate about toys, and about the people who make them. We specialise in knitted and crochet toys because of their handmade nature which we think makes them such great toys for babies. Robust, tactile and bright they are also machine washable making crochet toys both gorgeous and practical for babies.

We like to engage with toy makers from around the world who share our enthusiasm for a good toys which is how we have ended up partnering with fair trade producers. This has also led us to offer a wide range of multi cultural and ethnically diverse dolls reflecting both the people who make them and the wonderfully diverse world we live in today
