[How to choose the ring size]
All of our rings are made to order and handcrafted in my workshop. This means you can personalize your ring to your exact size.
Here are a few things to keep in mind when measuring your ring size :
- Due to physical activity and temperature, your fingers will change size slightly throughout the day.
- It's important to measure your ring size after your hands have warmed up, as they can be up to half a size smaller when cold.
- A ring should fit comfortably, snugly enough that it won't fall off, but it can still slip over your knuckle when you remove it.
If you are unsure of your ring size, please purchase our reusable ring sizer. We will refund you the cost of the sizer on your ring purchase.
[Ordering a special ring size]
Please email us if you would like to request a ring size that is not listed. We will then be able to confirm whether we can make the ring in your requested size.
Once we have confirmed this, you can place your order through our website, choosing the closest listed size. When placing your order, please leave a comment specifying your correct ring size during the checkout process.
- PLEASE NOTE -
Custom-made rings can not be exchanged or refunded. We can usually alter the ring sizes, but there may be a small charge involved. And you will need to cover the postage (and duties if outside the UK) both ways.
