Cauliflower 'Seoul' is excellent for producing a high crop yield of uniform, heavy curds with bright white florets.

A resilient variety that will tolerate dry weather better than many varieties.

Slightly sweet and nutty taste with a crunch. Cauliflowers taste great roasted, in stir fry's, in pastas and even pizza crust. Why not try making your very own Cauliflower rice!

For best results, plant in fertile, well draining soil in a position of full sun to partial shade. We recommend mixing in organic matter into the soil as Cauliflowers like to feed.
