A Stand Up Paddleboarding experience in London. Not only will you learn how to paddleboard but you’ll also learn a bit about the history of Regent’s Canal and the surrounding area. Oh and you might even spot an animal or two as we pass London Zoo. This bestselling experience makes the perfect gift for those with a love of adventure.
In this experience, you will learn the basics of the board. The first thing you should know is that this sport is actually called SUP (Stand Up Paddleboarding). Everything else you will need to find out from the SUP experts - how to paddle, steer, stand up and get back down again – mastering the basics that make you fall in love with SUP. This is a full intro to SUP from water safety and basic paddle techniques. But it’s not all hard work, you’ll have a lot of fun along the way.
LOCATION: Launching from a central location near Camden market, your 90 minute lesson includes instruction and the tour, which travels through Primrose Hill, past the iconic Feng Shang Princess floating Chinese restaurant, past London Zoo and part of Regent’s Park before we turn around and head back to base

The river and canal SUP group trips are mostly made up of adults. For bookings with under 18’s, please book a private session. Private sessions are available for two or six people.
