Who we are

Hi we are Rupin and Sapna Rughani. We started Reason Season Time London because we thought that we could do better!

We wanted to make quality furniture accessible and also eliminate waste in furniture-making process. So, on a fact-finding trip to Jodhpur, India, in 2012, we investigated various artisan and craft hubs and looked at how this could be brought together with the stacks of beautiful and useful materials that gets discarded as beautiful, old and heritage buildings are cleared to make way for high-rise ones.

Our ambition was to make premium reclaimed hardwood furniture and premium reclaimed metal furniture and we partnered with skilled craftspeople and traditional joiners to do this. Over the past few years we have become specialists in reclaimed wood and metal furniture and we continue to seek out and learn about new the processes and people that can work with us to deliver new and exiting designs to our customers.
