This lovely paper bunting has been up-cycled from a rescued copy of the beautiful book, The Country Diary of an Edwardian Lady by Edith Holden. In 1906, Edith Holden recorded in words and paintings the flora and fauna of the British countryside through the seasons. This bunting has been made from some of her gorgeous pictures of the lovely Spring and Summer months.
The bunting is designed to be viewed from one side only and isn't really suitable for use outdoors - well, it IS paper after all!
The bunting comes threaded on rescued cream wool so it is ready to hang immediately.
This listing is for ONE garland of bunting in your choice of length and number of flags - the garland you receive may not have exactly the same flags as in the photos but will have a beautiful selection of Edith Holden's gorgeous pictures.
You can choose whether you want your bunting to be 10 feet (3m), 20 feet (6 m) or 30 feet (9m) long. You can spread the flags of your bunting out as much or as little as you want on the yarn, making this a very flexible bunting for any size of room or hall.
