Please note if you wish to cancel your order, after a design proof has been created to your specifications and emailed to you, you will only be entitled to a 50% refund.

NO PROOF - if you select not to view a design proof, it is your full responsibility to ensure that all words and spellings are correct at time of supplying these. We cannot be held responsible for any mistakes, nor flagging these to you, and will not offer re-prints at our own cost. Following receipt of your order, any redesign requests will charged at the original order price.

DESIGN PROOF CHANGE REQUESTS FOR PERSONALISED ARTWORK

Depending on the complexity, please note that any requests to alter your design proof may take a further 3 working days.

FREE OF CHARGE CHANGE REQUESTS:

The following change requests will not incur any additional costs:

- Colour change(s) to background or word colours.

- Word changes: We understand that after you have placed your order you might realise that you have missed out a word or two. We are happy to add up to three additional words to your design free of charge.

CHARGE PER CHANGE REQUEST

The following change requests will incur an agreed £20 charge as these would constitute a full re-design:

- Font type change: much time is spent carefully arranging your words to create a well proportioned design. Changes to the font type affects word spacing and therefore a new design layout is required.

- Alteration of layout.

Please note that once you have signed-off your design proof via email we will not be able to make any further changes.

RETURNS

Please note we will not accept returns without prior agreement and will only accept returns due to damaged goods logged upon receipt and informed to the couriers.

When you return a damaged product to us we will issue a replacement as soon as possible, unless the item is un-personalised and a refund has been requested. In order for us to refund the full amount of the non-personalised item, it must be returned in the same packaging and in the condition that it was dispatched in so that it can be classed as re-sellable.

Products are made to order therefore More Than Words cannot offer refunds. Please note that if a design proof has been created and uploaded to your order, prior to a refund request, then you will only be refunded 50% of the product cost.

All text and designs of prints and products are under strict copyright © More Than Words. You may not modify or replicate any item in any way without permission. Customers are responsible for ensuring copyright approval of any images or text supplied.

COLOUR VARIATIONS

Please note we will try our best to ensure the closest colour match possible, however images and designs may vary slightly from those viewed on your computer and we cannot accept liability for this.
