Once you have placed your order I will ask you to send me a high-resolution digital photo. I will contact you within 24-48 hours with your digital proof for approval. I will then liaise with you until you are happy with your design. Once you have explicitly signed off your proof I will put your item into production. Dispatch will be up to 5 working days from this point. If you are unhappy with your proof you can cancel your order for a full refund.
I will print your photo in black and white (which I can do for you if you send me a colour image) so the embroidery 'pops'. I can only use high resolution (ideally the original from your wedding photographer) as images that are too small (e.g. ones taken on smartphones) will appear blurry when printed. If you are not sure whether your image is big enough please do send it and I will advise! Bear in mind too, when making your selection, that the photo will be cropped to be framed in a circular hoop so look at the centre section of the image you are considering.
