ABOUT ME

Enamel pins, customised pins, patches, keyrings, needle minders.

Hi, I'm Kayleigh!

I created Hartiful in 2017, after always wanting my own business.

I'm trained as a chef but decided I want to start my own business and work for myself, which is how Hartiful was born! All of my products are designed by me. I hope you like the products as much as I do. I have lots of new products in the works for the future, so keep an eye out for more exciting products from Hartiful in the future..

I mainly create custom enamel pins, which can vary in shape/size/colour. Lots of my pins created have been customised for awareness and illnesses that help people dealing with anything they’d like people to know about themselves -such as hearing issues, invisible illnesses etc.

I make everything from my little garage studio, with the help of my dog Milly of course! She’s always on quality control.

Delivery

All Hartiful orders are shipped with Royal Mail as default. Custom pins will be shipped within 2-3 days of purchase, and standard products will be posted the same day if ordered before 11am. Your order will usually reach you within 2-3 working days (UK). International orders usually take around 7-16 working days. However, this is estimated and during peak seasons and busy periods, delivery times may vary depending on the postal service.

Express Delivery is available upon request, please do contact me if this service is required.

Terms and Conditions

Customs and import taxes (international)

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Tracking Orders

Orders to the UK all come with a tracking number, which will show when the order has been delivered, this can be confirmed using Royal Mail. International Orders - In order to keep shipping costs as low as possible, orders are not automatically going to be sent using "tracked and signed". If you would like your order to be trackable, please pick this as an option when placing your order - it only costs a little more.

Custom and personalised orders

Custom/Personalised Orders. If you have a custom order you'd like to have created, please message me and I will help however I can with your requests. Please double check addresses etc, as I am unable to refund orders if they are sent to the incorrect address.
