What is Jacquard technique?
The Jacquard technique works by using a special loom that is controlled by a computer program to selectively raise individual warp threads in order to create a specific design. It is particularly well-suited for the production of high-quality cashmere scarves and shawls, as it allows for precise control over the placement of the yarns and the pattern of the weave.
