We have a designed a super suction bowl that is unbreakable. Our bowl and spoon set come in a variety of on-trend, beautiful, muted colours.
The bowls feature a super strong suction bottom with a quick release tab making cleaning up super easy. Simply pull the quick release tab and the bowl releases with no mess!
The spoon is made from buttery soft silicone that is lightweight and is easy for little hands to manoeuvre. It is also soft on little gums. The spoon is a one-piece design, so there are no joints or cracks for bacteria to harbour.
Perfect for children aged 4 months+
How to get the best suction from your bowl:
Reform the suction cup by taking your fingers and putting them in between the suction and the bowl and spin your fingers around. Sometimes the suction cup goes flat because of the packaging.
Clean the surface to prepare for the bowl application (this is imperative, the bowl will not have effective suction if the surface is not clean and dry). Avoid using baby wipes to clean surface, this can leave a residue and effect the suction. Press firmly in the centre sections of the bowl using either your finger or the tip of the spoon. To ensure there’s no trapped air for maximum suction. Apply bowl - after pressing down on the bowl always check the suction. To release simply lift the tab.
Our suction bowls adhere best to smooth, non-porous surfaces such as plastic, tile, glass, fibreglass or metal. High chairs or wooden surfaces that are unfinished, textured, porous or have slight curves will make it difficult to achieve lasting suction power.
Unfortunately The Stokke Tripp Trapp high chair tray is not great for suction based products, therefore we do not recommend it.
Please remember to ensure a firm bond. Surfaces should be totally free of scratches, dirt and soap before attaching the bowl.
A successful suggestion that came from mummy’s that have bought from Baebea was that a dab of water on the suction area gave it ‘super suction’.
