The sliced packs make it quick and easy to put together a ‘no cook’ starter and the snacking salamis are a real crowd pleaser.
The Al Fresco letterbox includes the following cured meats*:
Wild Venison Pepperoni - Smoky with a spicy hit of heat, the caraway seeds give a subtle aniseed flavour to finish. Made using wild British venison, this pepperoni is smoked over oak for 3 days before being air dried.
Dorset Bresaola - A delicate cure of crushed bay leaves, red wine and rosemary. The long ageing process combined with the highest quality beef makes this a very special product. Perfect for any charcuterie board or serve with rocket and parmesan shavings for the ideal summer lunch.
Hartgrove Coppa - Free range pork neck fillet, dry cured in a gentle mix of herbs and spices, then air dried for 3 months. A fantastic addition to a British charcuterie sharing board.
Fennel & White Pepper Salami - A wonderfully versatile pork salami with aromatic fennel and punchy white pepper. Great as part of a charcuterie sharing board or try as a topping for sourdough pizza.
Wild Venison Beer Sticks - A delicious combination of Wild British venison, sweet paprika, cayenne pepper and a good oak smoke.

Established in 2014 and based at Hartgrove Farm in rural Dorset, The Real Cure use traditional, artisan methods of curing, smoking, fermenting and air drying to create a unique, award-winning range of cured meats. Provenance is everything, which is why our salamis, chorizos and air dried hams are made using responsibly sourced, free range, wild and grass-fed British meat.
Every one of our products has won Great Taste Awards and we pride ourselves on unique flavour combinations, which stems from using the highest quality ingredients. All of our packaging is recyclable.
